Who is Carole?

I’ve been living in the Yukon for 6 years now, and I can see myself living here for another fifty. This blog is just a place to get started and share some thoughts. It’s also a wonderful way to keep family and friends back home in touch with what’s going on around me. Playing around with my camera keeps me busy, so I’ll probably include a few pictures here and there.

Although good blogging generally means finding a niche and sticking to it, this blog is more of a personal one for writing about whatever comes to mind. So, expect a little bit of everything.

Carole, I think I’m your first colleague to blog you. (sounds like a disease, doesn’t it).

Congratulations! I wouldn’t know where to begin in creating my own blog. Love your home page poem. I’ll keep browsing. Cheers.

Carole: I am just so impressed with your site. I will add it to my favourites. You’re one talented lady.
Your photos are so lovely, and your words equally so.
I’ve always heard Alaska is a must-do destination, maybe someday I’ll get your uncle there.
    Hugs Donna

    Hey, Aunt Donna!
Thanks for visiting my blog… and for your kind words. Yes, if you and Uncle Noël come up, I’ll have much to show you! The Yukon and Alaska are definitely wonderful places to visit, and even better places to live (at least I can speak for the Yukon). The door is always open for you.

    Dear Carole,
Chippy (Chip Leutz) was/is my brother. How did you know him?
What can you tell me of his last years in Victoria?

    Hi Elizabeth,
I don’t use this blog anymore but have sent you an e-mail.
